Yujie Li (b. 1998) is an artist based in Guangzhou, China.She completed her Bachelor's degree in Chinese paintingfrom The Guangzhou Academy of fine art in 2020. And hermaster’s degree at the Royal college of art in 2023.

Yujie has always used her life as the starting point for herart, revealing the most hidden details of her personal life. Yujie's works are all about the realisation of a sense of selfconsciousness. She pays attention to the fluctuating capacity of self consciousness and captures keenly the living with the self. She talks about how people experience and try to reconcile with their inner selves in the midst of complex social realities and embrace the power of softness and tolerance. She documents in her work the emotional turmoil that is immediate and intimate, but universal. For her, art must be intrinsically connected to her inner life. Her work demonstrates that her heart carries a general sense of detachment from the outer world. This process reveals the subtle structure of 'life' and 'self' through self exploration in intimate spaces. She felt that the world was eternal in its inextinguishable barriers and loneliness.
